Personal Information Protection Policy

This personal information protection policy (the "Policy") aims to explain how, when you use the products or services of Ruihe (Chongqing) New Energy Technology Co., Ltd. and its subsidiaries ("we") (including the "MyPower" client, "MyPower" Personal Edition of the platform, "MyPower" Enterprise Edition of the platform, collectively referred to as "Products or Services"), we will collect, use, store, or process (collectively, "Processing") your personal information in the agreed manner. Before providing us with any personal information, make sure to read and fully understand this policy carefully, especially the terms marked in bold/underlined bold to confirm that you understand and fully agree. If you check "I have read the personal information protection policy and agree to its content" during the product or service registration process and continue to click the "Register" button, it will be deemed that you agree to accept all the content of this policy. If you refuse to accept this policy, you must immediately stop using our products or services, and you must not continue to provide or cooperate in collecting your personal information to us or third parties we rely on or cooperate with.

  1. Purpose and Scope of Our Processing of Personal Information

1.1 Processing Purposes and Types of Personal Information Processed

You agree that we will process the following types of personal information for the following purposes:

  1. To register/log in to products or services ("Registration Purposes"), we may process the following personal information about you: your company name and nickname, mobile phone number, email address, password, and IP address.

Additionally, during the registration/log-in process, we may ask you to provide additional information to complete your profile, including information such as your name, address, and avatar. If you do not provide the aforementioned additional information, it will not affect your registration/log-in to our services or products.

  1. In order to provide you with the service of linking photovoltaic equipment ("Linked Equipment") and remotely monitoring the linked equipment ("Monitoring Purposes"), we may process the following personal information about you:
  2. User identity information, including your nickname, name, mobile phone number, and email address;
  3. Linked equipment information, including equipment status, name, equipment type, installed capacity, geographical location information, power generation, equivalent hours, and grid connection time;
  4. Inverter equipment information, including serial number, registration code, equipment type, power, linked device, signal strength, and inverter software version you use;
  5. Terminal device information, including device parameters and system information (device manufacturer, device model, device memory, operating system version, disk space, storage information, network information, sensor information (acceleration sensor, lighting sensor information)), geographical location information, device identifier information (IMEI, IDFA, serial number, user ID, Android ID, cell ID, MAC, OAID, IMSI, and other device-related information);
  6. Network information, including your IP address, WiFi information, base station information, network type, operator name;
  7. Images and text information you submit via the built-in QR code scanning function in our products or services.

In particular, if you use our data collector device (including WiFi communication sticks, 4G communication sticks, etc.), our collector will collect your WiFi information (SSID and password), and such information will only be stored on the collector device itself. Local storage will only be used for the network access of the collector itself and will not be uploaded to our servers or any third-party servers, nor will we access such information.

  1. To provide after-sales services, safeguard your legitimate rights and interests and resolve relevant disputes with you ("After-Sales Purposes"), we may process the following information about you:
  2. Fault-related information, including the type of inverter equipment you use, serial number, installation date, installation location, fault description, and system log;
  3. Contact/recipient information, including nickname, name, phone number, company name, contact/recipient category.
  4. To improve products or services, introduce and promote our company, products, or services, brand activities, and other information (the aforementioned services are collectively referred to as "Promotional Services," and the aforementioned purposes are referred to as "Promotional Purposes"), we may process the following personal information about you:
  5. User identity information, including your mobile phone number and email address;
  6. Feedback information, including your feedback on products or services.
  7. To enhance product performance and develop and improve power prediction models ("Functional Development Purposes"), we may process the following personal information about you:
  8. Linked equipment information, including power generation, installed capacity, power generation time node, and geographical location information;
  9. Inverter device information, including the serial number of the inverter you use.

The aforementioned registration, monitoring, after-sales, and promotional purposes are collectively referred to as "Processing Purposes."

1.2 Processing of Sensitive Personal Information

Please pay special attention to:

  1. For monitoring purposes, we need to process the location information of your terminal device and the location information of your linked device to locate your terminal device and linked device, and to display or send you monitoring information of the linked device.
  2. For after-sales purposes, we need to collect the location information of your terminal equipment and the linked equipment to locate your terminal equipment and the linked equipment and to provide repair, replacement, and other after-sales services.
  3. For functional development purposes, we need to collect the location information of your linked device to locate your linked device and make power predictions more accurately.

Please understand that if you refuse to provide the aforementioned sensitive personal information, we will not be able to achieve the monitoring purpose, the after-sales purpose, and the functional development purpose, and we will not be able to provide you with relevant functions and services. If you agree to use our products or services, it will be deemed that you have individually accepted our collection and processing of your aforementioned sensitive personal information.

We are fully aware that once your sensitive personal information is leaked or used illegally, it can easily lead to an infringement of your personal dignity or a threat to your personal and property safety. Therefore, while we process and protect your sensitive personal information according to the general standards agreed upon in this policy, we will take protection measures for your sensitive personal information with stricter standards to ensure the safety of your sensitive personal information and prevent it from being leaked or used illegally to avoid harm to you.

We do not collect personal information from any minors for processing purposes. You should not provide us with personal information about any minors.

  1. How We Handle Personal Information

2.1 How we collect your personal information

For processing purposes, we will collect your personal information through web pages, mobile applications, cookies, and similar device identification technologies, as well as other tools, facilities, or devices, by ourselves or entrusted to third parties.

If you provide us with personal information of other people, you must ensure that you have obtained separate consent from those individuals for such provision. Otherwise, if we infringe on the personal information rights of other individuals due to your provision, we have the right to comply with relevant legal provisions and pursue your legal liability.

2.2 How we use your personal information

  1. For registration purposes, we will use your personal information in the following manner, either by ourselves or entrusted to a third party:
  2. We will identify your user identity based on your company name, mobile phone number, email address, password, and other information.
  3. For monitoring purposes, we will use your personal information by ourselves or commissioned to third parties in the following manner:
  4. We will identify your user identity based on your username, mobile phone number, email address, and other information;
  5. We will set up equipment for you based on the equipment information, such as the equipment serial number and linked equipment information, and monitor and calculate the power generation, income, status, etc., of your equipment and linked equipment, and present it to you.
  6. For after-sales purposes, we will use your personal information by ourselves or entrusted to third parties in the following manner:
  7. We will analyze the cause of the failure and work with you to resolve disputes related to products or services based on the failure information you provide;
  8. We will provide feedback and offer an after-sales service based on your contact/recipient information.
  9. For promotional purposes, we will use your personal information by ourselves or entrusted to third parties (including advertisers and other service providers) in the following manner:
  10. We will improve our products and services based on the feedback you provide;
  11. We will send you non-personalized push information or commercial marketing based on your mobile phone number, email address, and device identifier information, such as sending you generalized promotional text messages, showing you generalized information, push notifications, etc.
  12. For function development purposes, we will use your personal information in the following manner, either by ourselves or entrusted to a third party:
  13. We will develop and improve power prediction models based on the inverter equipment information, such as the equipment serial number and the linked equipment information, to improve product performance.

2.3 How we store your personal information

2.3.1 Storage location

For the personal information that we collect and generate within the People's Republic of China ("China"), we will store it within China by ourselves or commissioned to a third party (such as a server provider).

2.3.2 Storage period

We will only retain your personal information for the minimum time necessary to achieve the purpose of processing, unless otherwise stipulated by laws and administrative regulations. After exceeding the aforementioned storage period, we will delete your personal information or anonymize it as required by applicable law.

2.4 How we provide your personal information to the outside

We will not provide your personal information to any third party. However, if any of the following situations occur, we may provide your personal information to third parties under the premise of complying with relevant legal provisions:

  1. We have obtained your separate consent;
  2. Necessary for the conclusion and execution of a contract in which you are a participant;
  3. Necessary for fulfilling legal duties or obligations (e.g., provided to administrative, judicial, and other state agencies in compliance with relevant legal provisions);
  4. Necessary to respond to public health emergencies or to protect individuals' life, health, and property safety in emergencies;
  5. Provide your personal information to third parties within a reasonable scope for the public interest (such as news reporting, public opinion supervision);
  6. Provide personal information that you have disclosed or that has already been legally disclosed to third parties unless you explicitly object;
  7. Other circumstances stipulated by laws and regulations.

Under the aforementioned circumstances, unless the laws and regulations limit confidentiality or do not require notification, we will inform you of the recipient's name, contact information, processing purpose, processing method, and types of personal information before providing your personal information to third parties.

If we need to transfer your personal information due to a merger, division, dissolution, declaration of bankruptcy, etc., we will inform you of the recipient's name or contact, and the recipient will continue to fulfill obligations as a personal information processor.

2.5 Non-disclosure of your personal information

Unless obtaining your separate consent, we will not voluntarily disclose your personal information.

2.6 Autonomous processing and delegated processing

We will self-process or entrust third parties to process your personal information according to the agreed processing purposes and methods. If we process it ourselves, we will designate necessary employees to represent us in processing your personal information and supervise their information processing activities for proper protection. If entrusted to third parties, we will sign a delegated processing agreement with the trustee and supervise their information processing activities to fully protect your information. Neither self-processing nor delegation to third parties implies providing personal information to third parties. Your acceptance of this policy does not require separate consent for processing by employees or entrusted parties. None of these situations reduce our responsibility and obligations as information processors.

Specifically, to provide you with products and services, we may use third-party codes or plugins to achieve processing purposes, involving collection or processing of your personal information through third-party products and services, including:

  1. cn.jpush.android (JPush; JPush Push): used for sending device failure information;
  2. com.huawei.hms (Huawei: Huawei Push): used for sending device failure information;
  3. com.huawei.agconnect (Huawei; Huawei Connected App): used for sending device failure information;
  4. com.aliyun (AliCloud; AliPush; AliPush): used for sending device failure information, accessing interface data, accessing AliCloud object storage, and downloading icons;
  5. com.heytap.msp (oppo; OPush): used for sending device failure information;
  6. com.xiaomi.push (Xiaomi; Xiaomi Push): used for sending device failure information;
  7. com.tencent.open (Tencent Open Platform; WeChat; QQ): used for sharing device details with you;
  8. com.tencent.tauth (Tencent Open Platform; WeChat; QQ): used for sharing device details with you.

2.7 Use of third-party SDKs

To provide products and services, we may integrate third-party software development kits (SDKs), codes, or plugins to achieve processing purposes, which may involve third parties collecting or otherwise processing your personal information through their products and services. For specific third parties involved and their personal information processing operations, please refer to the "Third-Party SDK Directory" based on the device operating system version used.

2.8 Device permission management

For the aforementioned processing of personal information, we may access the following permissions of your terminal device while you use our products or services:

  1. To read and write the built-in SD card and other storage media to download, write, and display images related to associated devices and other devices for monitoring, send device failure information, and share device details;
  2. Access network information such as WiFi, and for accessing the designated hotspot's WiFi connection permission, to monitor internet access;
  3. Obtain the base station ID or WiFi hotspot to realize location permission, allowing automatic recognition of device location;
  4. Access camera permissions to automatically recognize device serial numbers on the camera and quickly bind devices;
  5. Use location permissions to realize the terminal and bound devices location and map display functions;
  6. Read device identification information permissions for network location and can track, troubleshoot problems, diagnose, and count in the service to ensure the product and service run safely and normally.

2.9 Anonymization Process

If we take technical or other necessary measures to anonymize your personal information, making the processed information unidentifiable to specific individuals and irreversible, then the use, storage, external provision, disclosure, etc., of this information does not require notifying you or obtaining your consent.

  1. How We Protect Your Personal Information

3.1 Personal Information Protection Measures

We attach great importance to the security of your personal information. According to the purposes of processing, processing methods, types of personal information, impact on your personal rights and interests, possible security risks, etc., we will take the following measures to ensure that personal information processing activities comply with laws and administrative regulations, prohibit unauthorized access, and prevent personal information from being leaked, tampered with, and lost:

  1. Formulating internal management systems and operational procedures;
  2. Classifying management of personal information;
  3. Implementing corresponding security technical measures such as encryption and de-identification;
  4. Reasonably determining the operational authority for personal information processing, and regularly educating and training professionals on security;
  5. Formulating and organizing the implementation of a personal information security incident emergency plan;
  6. Other measures specified by laws and administrative regulations.

3.2 Personal Information Protection Officer

If the information we process reaches the quantity specified by the national internet department, a personal information protection officer will be appointed under applicable laws to supervise the execution of personal information processing activities and protection measures. We will then disclose the contact information of the personal information protection officer.

3.3 Compliance Audits for Personal Information Protection

We will regularly audit the compliance concerning personal information processing to ensure it complies with laws and administrative regulations.

3.4 Personal Information Protection Impact Assessments

We will conduct personal information protection impact assessments in advance according to applicable legal requirements and record the processing situation. Such personal information protection impact assessment reports and processing records will be kept for at least three years.

3.5 Handling of Personal Information Security Incidents

If a personal information security incident occurs or is likely to occur, such as information leakage, tampering, or loss, we will immediately take corrective measures and notify the department fulfilling personal information protection responsibilities according to legal requirements. If it is not feasible to effectively prevent damage caused by information leakage, tampering, or loss, or if necessary at the request of the department fulfilling personal information protection responsibilities, we will notify you about the relevant situation of the personal information security incident according to legal requirements, including:

  1. The types, causes, and potential harms of information leakage, tampering, or loss that have occurred or may occur;
  2. The corrective measures we have taken and the measures you can take to mitigate damage;
  3. Our contact information. We will strive to notify you through email, letter, phone, SMS, and other means. However, if it is not feasible to notify each individual one-by-one or costs are too high, we will inform you by other reasonable and effective methods.

3.6 Limitations of Protection

We will do our utmost to protect your personal information, but please understand that due to technical or management limitations and possible malicious attacks and external factors, we cannot always ensure 100% security of personal information. You need to understand that your personal information may be leaked, tampered with, or lost due to computer viruses, malicious attacks, or other factors. In such cases, the legal responsibility lies directly with the violator, and we will provide necessary assistance within reasonable limits.

  1. How to Exercise Your Rights Regarding Personal Information Processing

You have the following rights concerning personal information processing: (1) Right to be informed; (2) Right to decision; (3) Right to withdraw consent; (4) Right to access and copy; (5) Right to transfer; (6) Right to supplement and correct; (7) Right to deletion; (8) Right to lodge a complaint; and (9) Other rights.

4.1 Right to Know

Unless otherwise provided by laws and regulations, you have the right to know the handling of your personal information. To protect your right to know, we publicly provide this policy to fully explain our specific personal information processing rules. You should carefully read and fully understand the contents of this policy. You can view and save this policy when you first download or register for the product or service, or after logging in, to exercise your right to know. Please avoid copying and using this policy without infringing its copyright. If you have any questions about the personal information processing rules in this policy, you can send an email to [support@rahvolt.com](mailto:support@rahvolt.com), and we will respond to you promptly.

4.2 Right to Decide

You have the right to make decisions on the processing of your personal information and have the right to restrict or refuse our processing of your personal information, unless otherwise provided by laws and regulations. Please note that accepting this policy means you agree that we process your personal information according to this policy.

If you refuse to have your personal information processed by us, please do not accept this policy and do not continue to provide or cooperate with us in collecting your personal information. However, except as otherwise provided in this policy, if personal information needs to be processed to provide corresponding services to meet various processing purposes, we will not be able to provide those purposes or offer corresponding functions or services if you refuse such processing.

4.3 Right to Withdraw Consent

You have the right to withdraw consent previously granted to us for processing your personal information under this policy.

  1. Registration Purpose If you no longer consent to us processing your personal information for registration purposes, you can cancel your user identity by sending an email to [support@rahvolt.com](mailto:support@rahvolt.com) or calling 86-0755-22219916. We will cancel your user identity within 48 hours of receiving such notification.

After canceling your user identity, we will delete personal information related to registration purposes (excluding anonymous information) unless under the following circumstances:

  1. If the storage period specified by laws and regulations has not expired or if it is technically difficult to delete personal information, we cannot delete it, but processing will be stopped, except storage, while taking necessary safety protection measures; or
  2. If the personal information is still necessary for us to achieve other processing purposes and you have not withdrawn consent for processing for other purposes, we may retain and process personal information for those purposes.

Please note that since processing of personal information is necessary for registering/logging into our product or service, if you withdraw your consent for processing personal information for registration purposes, you will lose your user identity and be unable to use related products and services. Additionally, withdrawing consent does not affect the validity of processing personal information based on consent before withdrawal. 2. Monitoring Purposes

If you no longer consent to us processing your personal information for monitoring purposes, you can refuse our remote monitoring services by sending an email to [support@rahvolt.com](mailto:support@rahvolt.com) or calling 86-0755-22219916 to send us a notification. We will respond within 48 hours of receiving the notification.

After refusing remote monitoring services, we will delete personal information related to monitoring purposes (excluding anonymous information), unless in the following circumstances:

  1. If the storage period specified by laws and regulations has not expired or if it is technically difficult to delete personal information, we cannot delete it, but processing will be stopped, except storage, while taking necessary safety protection measures; or
  2. If the personal information is still necessary for us to achieve other processing purposes and you have not withdrawn consent for processing for those purposes, we may retain and process personal information for those purposes.

Please note that since processing of personal information is necessary for providing remote monitoring services, if you withdraw consent for processing personal information for remote monitoring purposes, we will not be able to provide remote monitoring services, nor display or monitor related bound devices and device information. Furthermore, withdrawing consent does not affect the validity of processing personal information activities carried out based on consent before withdrawal. 3. After-sales Purposes

If you no longer consent to us processing your personal information for after-sales purposes, you can refuse our after-sales services by sending an email to [support@rahvolt.com](mailto:support@rahvolt.com) or calling 86-0755-22219916 to send us a notification. We will respond within 48 hours of receiving the notification.

After refusing after-sales services, we will delete personal information related to after-sales purposes (excluding anonymous information), unless in the following circumstances:

  1. If the storage period specified by laws and regulations has not expired or if it is technically difficult to delete personal information, we cannot delete it, but processing will be stopped, except storage, while taking necessary safety protection measures; or
  2. If the personal information is still necessary for us to achieve other processing purposes and you have not withdrawn consent for processing for those purposes, we may retain and process personal information for those purposes.

Please note that since processing of personal information is necessary for providing after-sales services through our products or services, if you withdraw consent for processing personal information for after-sales purposes, we will not be able to provide after-sales services through our products or services. Moreover, withdrawing consent does not affect the validity of processing personal information activities carried out based on consent before withdrawal.

  1. Promotion Purposes

If you no longer consent to us processing your personal information for promotion purposes, you can refuse our promotion services by sending an email to [support@rahvolt.com](mailto:support@rahvolt.com) or calling 86-0755-22219916 to send us a notification. We will respond within 48 hours of receiving the notification.

After refusing promotion services, we will delete personal information related to promotion service purposes (excluding anonymous information), unless in the following circumstances:

  1. If the storage period specified by laws and regulations has not expired or if it is technically difficult to delete personal information, we cannot delete it, but processing will be stopped, except storage, while taking necessary safety protection measures; or
  2. If the personal information is still necessary for us to achieve other processing purposes and you have not withdrawn consent for processing for those purposes, we may retain and process personal information for those purposes.

Please note that since processing of personal information is necessary for providing promotion services, if you withdraw consent for processing personal information for promotion purposes, we will not be able to provide promotion services or receive our push information. Additionally, withdrawing consent does not affect the validity of processing personal information activities carried out based on consent before withdrawal.

Please pay special attention before exercising the right of withdrawal that you should fully consider the consequences of withdrawal. Once you withdraw consent for the processing of your personal information for one or more purposes, we will not be able to continue providing corresponding features or services, and the consequences and responsibilities will be borne by yourself, including any loss to you or any third parties caused by your inability to use corresponding features or services.

  1. Functional Development Purposes

If you no longer consent to us processing your personal information for functional development purposes, you can send an email to [[support@rahvolt.com](mailto:support@rahvolt.com)](mailto:support@rahvolt.com) or call 86-0755-22219916 for notification. We will respond within 48 hours of receiving the notification.

After refusing us to process your personal information for functional development purposes, we will delete the relevant personal information (excluding anonymous information), except in the following scenarios:

  1. If the legally prescribed storage period has not expired or if it is technically difficult to delete personal information, we cannot delete it, but processing will be stopped, except storage, while taking necessary safety protection measures; or
  2. If the personal information is still necessary for us to achieve other processing purposes and you have not withdrawn consent, we can retain and process personal information for those purposes.

Please note, withdrawal of your consent does not affect the validity of our personal information processing activities carried out based on your consent before withdrawal.

Please especially note that before exercising the right of withdrawal, you should fully consider the consequences. Once you withdraw consent allowing us to process your personal information for individual or overall processing purposes, we will not be able to continue providing corresponding functions or services, and the consequences and responsibilities will be borne by you, including the inability to use corresponding features or services that cause any loss to you or any third parties.

4.4 Right to Transfer

You have the right to transfer your personal information to a third party designated by you, as long as you meet the conditions set by the national cyber administration.

If you wish to transfer all device and other personal information bound on the "Rahvolt" client to any third party, you can send an email to [[support@rahvolt.com](mailto:support@rahvolt.com)](mailto:support@rahvolt.com) or call 86-0755-22219916 for notification. We will respond within 48 hours of receiving the notification.

4.5 Right to Correct and Supplement

If you find that your personal information is inaccurate or incomplete, you have the right to request correction or supplementation. For user identity information, you can self-correct and supplement through the "MyPower" client, "MyPower Professional Edition" client, and "Rahvolt" client on the "My" page.

For other personal information, you can send an email to [[support@rahvolt.com](mailto:support@rahvolt.com)](mailto:support@rahvolt.com) or call 86-0755-22219916 to request correction and supplementation. We will respond within 48 hours of receiving the request and promptly make corrections and supplements after verification.

4.6 Right to Deletion

We will actively delete your personal information (excluding anonymous information) in any of the following situations, and you also have the right to request us to delete your personal information (excluding anonymous information):

  1. The processing purpose has been achieved, cannot be achieved, or is no longer necessary to achieve the processing purpose;
  2. We have ceased to provide products or services, or the retention period has expired;
  3. You withdraw your consent according to Article 4.3;
  4. We processed personal information in violation of laws, regulations, or agreements;
  5. Other situations prescribed by laws and regulations.

Your notification should clearly state the cause, basis, and scope of the deletion request. We will respond to your request within 48 hours of receiving the request and promptly conduct an audit and take corresponding actions according to the audit results as follows:

  1. If your deletion request does not meet the agreed requirements (such as being submitted in an unconventional manner or failing to state the reason, basis, and scope of deletion), we will immediately notify you to resubmit the request that meets the requirements;
  2. If your deletion request does not have a clear basis, we will refuse your deletion request and immediately notify you;
  3. If your deletion request meets the agreed requirements and has a clear basis, we will, at your request, immediately delete or anonymize your personal information, and retain and use it; However, if the legally prescribed storage period has not expired or if it is technically difficult to delete personal information, we will not be able to delete it. Processing will be paused, and necessary safety protection measures will be taken.

4.7 Right to File Complaints and Notifications

We have established a complaint and notification system regarding information network security. If you discover that we, our employees, or representatives have violated or are suspected of violating this policy, you can send an email to [[support@rahvolt.com](mailto:support@rahvolt.com)](mailto:support@rahvolt.com) or call 86-0755-22219916 to file a complaint or notification. We will respond within 48 hours after receiving the notification and promptly handle complaints and notifications related to information network security.

4.8 Other Rights

If you wish to exercise rights of access, copy, correction, deletion, etc., you can contact us by sending an email to [[support@rahvolt.com](mailto:support@rahvolt.com)](mailto:support@rahvolt.com) or calling 86-0755-22219916. We will contact you within 48 hours and allow you to exercise the aforementioned rights after verifying your identity and confirming compliance with relevant legal regulations.

4.9 Account Cancellation

If you wish to cancel your account, you can send an email to [[support@rahvolt.com](mailto:support@rahvolt.com)](mailto:support@rahvolt.com) or call 86-0755-22219916 to make a request. According to the legal and regulatory provisions and the agreement between you and us, we will process your cancellation request within 48 hours after receiving the notification. After the account is canceled, we will cease providing products or services and, according to the law, delete or anonymize your personal information.

4.10 Responses to Requests

As a general principle, we do not charge fees for reasonable requests, but for repeated and beyond reasonable scope requests, we will charge accordingly. For those that require excessive technical means (e.g., developing new systems or fundamentally changing existing practices), involve risks to the legal rights of third parties, or are extremely impractical (e.g., copying information stored on backup tapes), we may decline them.

5.1 Governing Law for This Policy
